"Inter Power" is expanding its team for a long-term energy project in Greece. We are looking for motivated professionals ready to work in a dynamic environment while upholding high quality standards.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
- 15 Electricians: Specialists in electrical panel connection, reading diagrams/blueprints, and installing inverters and other electrical equipment.
- 5 Electrical Fitters: Specialists in installation activities involving cables, PV panels, cable trays, inverters, and switchboards (must be able to read diagrams and blueprints).
TEAM REQUIREMENTS:
- Language Proficiency: Each working group must have at least one person with good command of English.
- Team Structure: A ratio of 5 Electricians to 1 Electrical Fitter is required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Start Date: Late April / Early May 2026.
- Project Duration: Until the end of the year, with a short break and subsequent projects to follow.
- Work Schedule: 9 hours per day, 7 days a week.
- Shift Rotation: 4 weeks of work / 1 week of rest (with the possibility to return home).
- Payment: Hourly rate. Strict time tracking via mobile application and by the client's supervisors.
- Benefits: Accommodation provided, transportation from accommodation to the site provided, and 3 meals per day provided.
- Onboarding: Medical examinations and safety briefings will take place on-site in Greece before starting work.
