The modern mill and the storage farm for cereals are owned by the companies "Hlebozavod Loznitsa" Ltd. and "Agro Loznitsa" Ltd. The mill is for cereals, with an emphasis on coriander. This exotic spice will be exported mainly to countries and regions such as Singapore, India and the Middle East. The agro-complex also has the largest 60-tonne weighbridge in Ludogorie. They also have a state-of-the-art laboratory where the quality of the cereals is measured with great precision.

The bakery has a main switchboard which serves as a centralised power supply for the entire plant. This switchboard is the main hub for the distribution of electricity and ensures a stable and uniform power supply to the different areas of the plant.

Along with the main switchboard, all the required sub-panels were supplied, assembled and installed. This ensures power distribution at a finer level, allowing precise control over various electrical equipment and appliances in the plant.

The design and construction of the electrical installation has been carried out, which includes the wiring systems, cables and components to ensure the reliable operation of the power supply in all parts of the plant.

Industrial lighting plays a key role in ensuring proper working conditions. Facade lighting not only enhances the visual aspect of the plant, but also contributes to its visibility and identification.

A lightning protection and earthing system has been installed to protect buildings and equipment from possible electrical irregularities and damage caused by atmospheric discharges.

CCTV and fire alarm system are key elements for security and control in the plant. They provide the ability to monitor in real time and react quickly in the event of incidents.

Back-up power is provided by a 1000kVA diesel generator, which is critical for continuity of operations. This generator provides autonomous power in the event of a power outage, ensuring the continued operation of machinery and equipment.

The power lines are bundled into the substations, further stabilising the power supply and reducing the risk of electrical problems.

An automated street lighting system throughout the complex highlights the drive for modernity and efficiency. This system provides optimum illumination of external areas and roads, improving safety and working conditions during night-time hours.
