Panchim Ltd. is one of the leading European and the only Bulgarian producer of sheets and granules of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and polystyrene, known as Plexiglas. The company was established in 1999 and operates in its own production facility.

The project we successfully implemented involved building systems that combine security, functionality and energy efficiency.

One of the key components of the project was the construction of an electrical installation that was designed and implemented in accordance with current standards and regulations. This installation ensures the reliability and stability of the site's electrical supply.

The industrial lighting that we installed was strategically designed to provide optimum operating and security conditions for the site. The decorative lighting adds aesthetic value to the facility, combining functionality with visual impact.

In order to protect against atmospheric discharges and the potential damage they can cause, a lightning protection system was installed based on the latest technological advances in the field. The installation of a highly efficient lightning protection system ensures safety and security for the building and its occupants.

The design and installation of CCTV included smart cameras and surveillance systems that provide 24/7 monitoring and protection of the site. The fire alarm system we installed provides early detection of fire risks and timely warning to the tenants of the site. This system is an essential element in protecting life and property.

The power installation we built provides a reliable and stable power supply for all electrical devices and systems on site. It was built with special attention to component quality and according to site requirements.

A UPS system was also integrated within the project to ensure uninterrupted power supply in the event of a disruption to the electrical grid. This helps to prevent possible irregularities and losses in the operation of the site.
