Smart boutique house - Sofia

We are proud to present the successfully completed project for complete automation of a boutique house in Sofia. In this project we implemented innovative wireless systems that significantly improve the comfort, security and energy efficiency of the home.

We installed systems to control various types of lighting including chandeliers, LED strip lights, facade lighting and garage lighting. The system supports standard and dimmable lighting as well as RGB strips with preset schedules.

We have implemented curtain and heating controls that provide optimal comfort and energy efficiency for all occupants. We installed flood protection sensors that provide additional security for the home and prevent potential damage.

We augmented the system with garage door controls, providing convenient and secure access to the garage. The system extension was made possible by the iNELS wireless system. We also developed a customized solution for ventilation in the garage by automatically controlling the opening and closing of the windows.

Tablets were placed in each room to centrally control all systems. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, even for guests. We installed a motion sensor in the hallway that automatically turns on the lights and serves as additional security.

In the bedroom, we added glass touch controllers that are convenient to press in the dark and add to the aesthetics of the room, and in the bathroom we implemented lighting and ventilation controls for added comfort and energy efficiency. In the nursery, we catered for the comfort of the little ones by controlling the main lighting, LED strips above the cot and curtains.

We created various scenes according to the client's request, including "peaceful sleep", "waking up in the morning", "pleasant atmosphere in the evening", "ventilation in the garage" and many more.

In this project, we manage over 70 devices, which demonstrates the flexibility and capabilities of the iNELS-RF wireless system for smart homes.
