One of our <strong>latest projects<\/strong> is a <strong>luxury single-family house in Gabrovo<\/strong>, where together with our partners from <strong>iNELS<\/strong> we built a <strong>complete smart home system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The house has <strong>two floors with a basement<\/strong> and features <strong>over 35 individual lighting circuits<\/strong>. Part of the <strong>exterior lighting<\/strong> is an <strong>elegant dimmable LED strip<\/strong> embedded under the <strong>roof overhang<\/strong>, which <strong>highlights the fa\u00e7ade<\/strong> and creates a <strong>stylish evening atmosphere<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system has been designed so that the <strong>lighting in each area<\/strong> of the home can be <strong>controlled in several ways<\/strong> \u2013 via <strong>designer glass switches<\/strong> with a <strong>clean rounded silhouette<\/strong> that blend perfectly into the interior, by phone via the <strong>iNELS mobile app<\/strong>, or from a <strong>wall-mounted tablet<\/strong> with a <strong>special decorative frame<\/strong>. The tablet serves as a <strong>central control panel<\/strong> for <strong>all major functions<\/strong> in the home \u2013 including <strong>intercom<\/strong>, <strong>CCTV<\/strong>, <strong>garage and gate door<\/strong>. All devices are <strong>synchronized in the cloud<\/strong>, allowing <strong>convenient control from anywhere, anytime<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <strong>bedroom<\/strong>, for <strong>maximum convenience<\/strong>, we've installed one <strong>four-button switch<\/strong> on each side of the bed, each <strong>controlling up to eight different functions<\/strong>. This allows <strong>full control of the lighting<\/strong> without the need for a person to get up \u2013 a <strong>small but important step<\/strong> towards <strong>truly intelligent comfort<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <strong>children's room<\/strong>, we installed a switch with a <strong>more neutral and classic design<\/strong>, again <strong>completely wireless<\/strong> and <strong>integrated into the system<\/strong>. This demonstrates the <strong>flexibility of the solutions<\/strong> we offer \u2013 each room can be <strong>adapted to suit the design and needs<\/strong> of its occupants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to <strong>lighting control<\/strong>, the system also includes <strong>garage and gate door automation<\/strong>, <strong>CCTV<\/strong>, <strong>intercom<\/strong>, and <strong>flood protection<\/strong> that <strong>notifies in good time<\/strong> if there is a leak. All components are <strong>seamlessly integrated<\/strong> into a <strong>common intelligent system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project is an example of how <strong>technology and design<\/strong> can go <strong>hand in hand<\/strong>.
