Luxury two-storey house - Gabrovo

At Inter Power, we believe that true home comfort is achieved with attention to every detail – both in functionality and aesthetics. One of our latest projects is a luxury single-family house in Gabrovo, where together with our partners from iNELS we built a complete smart home system.

The house has two floors with a basement and features over 35 individual lighting circuits. Part of the exterior lighting is an elegant dimmable LED strip embedded under the roof overhang, which highlights the façade and creates a stylish evening atmosphere.

The system has been designed so that the lighting in each area of the home can be controlled in several ways – via designer glass switches with a clean rounded silhouette that blend perfectly into the interior, by phone via the iNELS mobile app, or from a wall-mounted tablet with a special decorative frame. The tablet serves as a central control panel for all major functions in the home – including intercom, CCTV, garage and gate door. All devices are synchronized in the cloud, allowing convenient control from anywhere, anytime.

In the bedroom, for maximum convenience, we've installed one four-button switch on each side of the bed, each controlling up to eight different functions. This allows full control of the lighting without the need for a person to get up – a small but important step towards truly intelligent comfort.

In the children's room, we installed a switch with a more neutral and classic design, again completely wireless and integrated into the system. This demonstrates the flexibility of the solutions we offer – each room can be adapted to suit the design and needs of its occupants.

In addition to lighting control, the system also includes garage and gate door automation, CCTV, intercom, and flood protection that notifies in good time if there is a leak. All components are seamlessly integrated into a common intelligent system.

This project is an example of how technology and design can go hand in hand. It was a pleasure for us at Inter Power to work on this project with the iNELS team and create a home for our clients that is not just modern – but intuitive, secure and fully adapted to their lifestyle.
