80kW Inverters, 66kWp panels and 164kWh batteries - SMM MEAT Ltd., village of Shemshevo

At the facility of SMM MEAT Ltd. in the village of Shemshevo, we built a photovoltaic installation with a panel capacity of 66.6 kWp and a battery storage capacity of 163.84 kWh. The installation is connected to energy management software that monitors real-time stock market electricity prices and the battery charge level. Thus, the system automatically charges the batteries when the price is at its lowest and discharges them when it is at its highest, without the need for any intervention on the part of the customer. The result is up to 50% lower electricity costs, alongside full control and predictability of energy consumption.

High-quality components were used for the execution of the project:

• Photovoltaic panels: 148 pcs. AUSTA SOLAR 450Wp – TIER 1 with a 25-year warranty.
• Inverters: 2 pcs. Deye 40kW hybrid inverters (SUN-40 K-SG01HP3-EU-BM4), providing a total AC output of 80kW.
• Storage system: Deye BOS-G high-voltage industrial battery (163.84 kWh), including RACK cabinets and battery management systems (BMS).
• Installation: Supporting aluminum-steel structure, specialized AC/DC wiring, and a grounding system.

The OptiSol energy management software is integrated into the system, optimizing the energy flow dynamically and in real time. The platform analyzes the production from the photovoltaic installation, the current consumption, and the available battery capacity. Based on this data, OptiSol makes automated decisions that increase the system's efficiency, enhance autonomy, and extend the life cycle of the battery modules.

The software monitors electricity market prices and weather forecasts, predicts the load, and manages the charging and discharging of the batteries in order to minimize costs and maximize the use of self-generated energy.
