Hippoland store - XOPark, Sofia

Hipoland AD is a Bulgarian company established in 2005 with the aim of building a chain of large stores for children and baby goods throughout the country. Hipoland's mission is to give parents the widest selection of quality, brand-name merchandise for their babies and children, and to serve that selection with competence, courtesy and care.

Inter Power is proud to present our first project, which includes not only electrical installations, but also construction and finishing works for Hipoland's largest store, located in the newly built XOPark retail park in Sofia. As Hipoland's official partner for their entire store network, our company was selected to carry out the complete installation of electrical and lighting systems, as well as construction and finishing works (partition walls, service room ceilings, plumbing, plastering and painting of the sales hall and adjacent premises) for the 1,400 square meter site.

The project includes:

• Implementation of power panels and lighting: We provided quality electrical power and efficient lighting that met all safety and energy efficiency requirements.
• Low-current cabling system (SCS): We provided an integrated communication system that brings together internet, telephony, CCTV, access control and other important systems into one network. This ensures security, reliability and easy maintenance.
• Construction and renovation works.
• Power Wiring: We carefully constructed the wiring for the lighting and power panels, with every stage of the work completed with attention to detail and adherence to high standards of safety and quality.
• Design and 3D visualisation of the lighting installation – with a focus on efficiency, aesthetics and full consideration of the site architecture.

This is Inter Power's first project to incorporate construction and finishing works, demonstrating our ability to handle complete projects covering both electrical and building components. The completed XOPark site is an outstanding example of the quality service and professionalism that Inter Power provides to its partners.
