Realmet MCC Innovation Group Ltd. started its business activities as a recycling company that deals with the collection, storage and transportation of various types of waste. Now, Realmet is a company specializing in the design, manufacture and marketing of metal containers and structures.

During stage 1 of the renovation of the production hall of Realmet we successfully implemented a complex transformation of the site. The complete electrical installation was built, as well as the lightning protection installation protecting the valuable technological resources.

The installation and assembly of the electrical panels, which ensure the optimal distribution and control of electrical power in the building, is also essential for the functioning of the hall.

Biodynamic lighting in the production areas and industrial ventilation control were also installed. The production workshop is divided into zones where the lighting will be permanently according to the external illumination, thus making significant cost savings on electricity and at the same time providing the necessary comfortable lighting for the work process.The system will be fully automatically controlled without human intervention. In addition to automatic control, the status of the lighting - instantaneous illuminance, outdoor lighting indicators, locations where work is being carried out and ventilation status - will be monitored in real time. Control and management is possible from anywhere in the world by the site supervisor.

All site lighting will go into standby mode every evening, and will automatically switch on in the morning on a Monday to Friday schedule with the start of working hours - made possible with the iNELS smart system.

With motion detectors, the lighting will be further optimized so that only the area with presence is illuminated. Ventilation will be regulated according to a schedule, and will be forcibly stopped in case of a fire alarm.
